Common technical problems
If you have forgotten your password and use our automatic reminder and we will email you your alternative password, but your email address has changed since you registered and you have not updated your details, the system will attempt to send an email to your old address.
If you have requested an automatic reminder but have not heard from us and you think this is the case email info@interlinestay.com with your full name and the old email address if you can remember it and we will email you your log-in details.

When registering you get an incorrect email address entered message - the most common error is adding a .co.uk to an info@interlinestay.com email address - e.g. , this is incorrect. info@interlinestay.co.uk

Q: How do I join?
Provide the required details on the registration page. You will choose your own username and password and this will allow you unlimited access to the basic site  You will need to login with your personalised details, on each visit to the site.

Q: How much will it cost?
interlinestay.com makes no charge to members. However to join Xclusive Membership for additional promotions and services, interlinestay.com make a nominal charge of $9.99 per year..

Q: How much money will I really save?
We estimate that our exclusive offers could save you up to 10% of your salary if you use the site for your regular purchases.

Q: What if my details change?
When you are logged in, on the home page there is a profile box on the right hand side of the screen where your name appears, click on Account at the bottom of the box, this will take you to your profile page where you can change your personal information such as new email address, new work address etc.

Q: Are purchases on the net safe?
We vet all suppliers to try and make all purchases as safe as possible.

Yes, we're constantly adding retailers who want to be part of this service.

When registering, all members receive notification of news and special offers this they receive in a monthly newsletter by e-mail.

Q: What is my staff ID number?
All employees have an ID number which is required on the registration form for interlinestay.com, This is not a mandatory field and therefore does not have to be filled out in order to complete your membership.
