Price includes accommodations as booked. As these are interline staff accommodation, eligibility is only applicable to persons in the Travel Industry or otherwise on extended eligibility. Where applicable, ID cards will be required upon check in at the hotels. Where a hotel is restricted to staff member only, and should a situation arise when the staff member is not the traveller, the hotel reserves the right to charge a full rack rate for its room.

As these accommodations are subject to concessionary travel rulings, general behaviour and dress code set up by the properties must be observed.

Interlinestay.com does not accept liability for any loss, damage or personal health / injury arising from your holiday. Clients are urged to arrange adequate Travel Insurance, including personal property, accident and medical coverage. Interlinestay.com can assist in arranging this insurance should it be required.

Interlinestay.com takes the greatest care to ensure that brochure descriptions are accurate at the time of going to press. Interlinestay.com cannot accept any responsibility where the hotel or facilities have been modified after brochure publication.

Interlinstay.com reserves the right to make alterations / price deviations prior to your departure. Clients will be advised as soon as possible of these changes. The client may accept the changes or cancel without any penalties (except as below).

Interlinestay.com reserves the right to cancel or modify arrangements due to war riots, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, acts of god, adverse weather conditions, damage or closure of hotels. In the event of cancellation, an alternative holiday or a full refund will be given. Compensation may be payable if circumstances were out of Interlinestay.com.

As these accommodations are based on industry rates, the hotels reserve the right to offload at any time prior to arrival. If this occurs, alternative hotels will be offered. Should this not be acceptable to the client, a full refund will be given with no compensation as this is completely out of Interlinestay.com control. In the event of clients experiencing any problems or wish to complain about any part of the services provided, they must promptly contact the supplier, the agent or Interlinestay.com directly in the country in order to rectify. However, all written complaints should reach Interlinestay.com within 14 days for your return home.
Most of the payment contracts are based on direct payment to the hotel on arrival. When a payment is required by the Hotel as a prepayment, Interlinestay.com will offer you an option of purchasing a cancellation waiver to guarantee a full refund of accommodation, in the event of a cancellation up to 48 hrs notice (less premium/amendment fees). Should the waiver not be taken and cancellation occurs full charges will apply.

A contract will come into effect when you are sent a confirmation invoice from the hotel and receipt for your conceirge fees.. Any amendment made after this will incur a $10.00 fee, unless cancellation waiver is taken in event of a full payment request from the hotel. In order to facilitate the use of the waiver facility (If taken) you should contact Interlinestay.com. In the event that the reservations department is closed, you may contact the hotel directly. This must be done at soonest and not after the departure time of your flight. Failure to comply with this may result in costs and full or partial loss of your refund. Interlinestay.com will not accept responsibility for any visa / health / passport requirements or any other documentation.
